Um Bro deve nunca “roubar” o “alvo” do seu Asa.

Para comemorar e solidificar o laço inquebrável entre um Bro e Asa, é recomendado que antes de sair, ambos posicionam-se frente a frente, coloquem a mão esquerda no The Bro Code, levantar a mão direita e recitar o “O Código dos Asas”.

O CÓDIGO DOS ASAS

Eu seguirei o The Bro Code até ao limite das minhas capacidades.

Eu nunca deixarei um Asa ir para casa com menos de uma 6.

Eu aceitarei pagar rondas de bebidas ao meu Asa, mesmo que tenha que ser sempre eu a pagar shots.

Corolário: Se a acompanhante do Bro apanhar o bouquet, ele deve fingir estar animado (se ele quiser “dormir” com ela outra vez) e depois calmamente dirigir-se ao bar e juntar-se ao Bro que apanhou a liga para uma dose forte de bebidas e/ou shots.

ARTIGO 80

Um Bro deve fazer qualquer esforço para ajudar outro Bro a andar no triciclo*, excepto se ele tiver que participar para completar o triciclo.

Regras para andar de triciclo

1. A soma das idades dos três participantes deve ser inferior a 83 anos.

2. A soma dos pesos dos três participantes deve ser inferior a 181.44 kg.

3. Nenhum dinheiro ou outras considerações devem ser trocadas pelos serviços prestados.

4. Mulheres grávidas devem consultar o médico antes de andar de triciclo.

5. Todas as rodas do triciclo devem estar três ramos afastadas das outras árvores familiares.

6. Não é permitido sapatilhas de sola preta.

7. As participantes femininas devem abster-se de destruir a ilusão que isto é novo para elas.

ARTIGO 61

Se um Bro, por qualquer razão, se aperceber do aniversário de um Bro com a companheira, ele deve esforçar-se para tornar essa informação disponível ao Bro, mesmo se ele pense que o Bro já sabe.

As mulheres pensam que outros eventos para além do Mardi Gras, o NFL Draft e o dia em que sai a nova edição da Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit, valem a pena comemorar. Eu também não percebo porquê, mas sei se te envolveres demasiado com uma mulher, isto é mais que um ocasional salto para o feno (o que desaconselho), tu vais acabar por ter que lembrar de determinadas datas do ano com relativa exactidão.

ARTIGO 62

Numa situação em que dois Bros escolham o mesmo alvo, o Bro que disser “dibs” primeiro pode avançar. Se ambos disserem “dibs”ao mesmo tempo, o Bro que contar, em voz alta, até 10 mais rapidamente pode avançar. Se ambos chegarem ao número 10 ao mesmo tempo, o Bro que pagou a ultima rodada de bebidas pode avançar. Se nenhum deles tiver ainda pago uma rodada de bebidas, o mais alto dos Bros pode avançar. Se ambos tiverem a mesma altura, aquele tem o maior período de seca pode avançar. Se o período de seca for igual, um jogo de Broshambo (dois Bros a jogar Pedra, papel e tesoura) determina quem pode avançar, desde que ela ainda esteja lá.

Um Bro faz todo e qualquer esforço para fornecer protecção ao seu Bro.

Um Bro deve comprar um bilhete de um evento e dar ao seu Bro, se este evento envolve o ultimo jogo de Playoff da equipa preferida do Bro.

Se um Bro sofrer de uma dor emocional porque o relacionamento com a companheira acabou, o seu Bro deve oferecer não mais que um “Isso é lixado, meu” e enche-lo de cerveja.
